![]() ![]() But it's pretty easy to get around that and I had no proble afterwards. The biggest annoyance isn't the hardware, it's Amazon's imposed limit of using their app store. You'll want to sideload the App store though. Si bien, la Plus es un poco grande para algunos. Add up to 1 TB with microSD (sold separately). La Fire HD 10 Plus está equipada con capacidades de carga inalámbrica, y Amazon cuenta con un paquete con un cargador inalámbrico incluido. Up to 12-hour battery life and wireless charging. Twice the RAM of the previous generation. Fast and responsive: powerful octa-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. But when I head out for the day now I don't even take my laptop most of the time. Get more with Plus: everything in Fire HD 10, plus wireless charging, 4 GB of RAM and a soft-touch finish. If I had to 100% rely on this for computing I might be more concerned. I should add that I also have TeamViewer to connect to my desktop for things I'm not prepared for, like my programming IDE or files not in the cloud. So I wouldn't promise it for every app, but a good number do.The processor & memory don't seem particularly troubled by split screen unless one of the apps was already pushing the limit. (Other than a cramped screen, which is why I use a cheap Bluetooth keyboard when working.) So my test right now is Reddit in one split, Google Sheets in the other, a corner video playing from YouTube, and the digital keyboard for typing. I don't have Netflix, nor office on here. Maybe a dozen regularly, more less regular. Still questionable for Arena but that's more WotC's fault than Amazon's. I've been quite happy with the HD 10+ and recommended it to others. The Fire HD 8 (2022, 12th Gen) provides better performance with an upgraded MT8169A SOC, thinner and lighter design with 0.55mm strengthened aluminosilicate glass, new color palette (Black, Rose, and Denim Blue solid colors), 30 minimum PCR resin and a Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) badge. And any problem with a minimized video is usually cleared just by closing that corner then re-opening YT. Also random stuff like (I think) the Walmart app will lag a little with a YT video playing, but that's rare. That's usually good unless the main screen also has a video, because it can't play two at once. I'll also frequently run Youtube in corner screen while doing other things. Split screen with two text apps, like Chrome and OneNote, is delightfully smooth. Meaning you must have the app open or it won't make any progress on download and update. There's no way it would play Arena side-by side, of course.) Also updates are really annoying because Arena doesn't use Android's "background process" downloads. Well first let me say that I think Arena on this tablet has gotten worse since I posted. ![]()
